Since 2008, SMS has purchased six printing presses. These presses enable us to print 11 or 14 inch forms, 11×17 letters, 3×8 buckslips, envelopes on our jet press, and everything in between.
SMS is a “one-stop-shop”. What that means for you is quick turn-arounds. We understand that you are under pressure and we work with you to do everything in our power to “hit” your mail dates. A delivery for us means rolling a skid from one side of our building to another. When you send us your art, we start working on the printing proofs and laser set ups at the same time.
Data Processing
We believe that Data Processing services should be fast, accurate and verifiable.
We have spent years developing a suite of custom programming tools and easy-to-read reports to meet every possible direct mail need.
Our outstanding suite of reports are posted on our own web portal and are accessible 24-hours a day for your review.
Personalization
Personalization is the foundation of our company. We believe our service, quality, and platform flexibility are unmatched in the industry. All of our platforms are 100% True Type and PCL compatible. You can choose from thousands of fonts. Whatever the format, SMS Direct can get it done!
Letter Shop
SMS Direct began over 36 years ago as a letter shop and today we have the capacity to mail 3,500,000 pieces of highly personalized mail per week.
We have worked relentlessly to improve our systems, our turnaround time, and most importantly, our quality control.
